Courier note. Mark the parcel "TEST SAMPLE — NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" and quote our test plan number on the air waybill. Send the AWB number in advance so reception knows what to expect.

Delivery documents
Include the signed entrustment form and, for customs purposes, an invoice stating the sample value as "no commercial value, for testing only". Samples that cannot be cleared will delay the whole test programme.
Customs clearance
For samples arriving from outside China, send the AWB number and commercial invoice in advance so customs documents can be prepared before arrival. Temporary import may suit samples that must be returned.
